Why You Need to Become the Person
Who Aligns with Your Manifestations

Alice Bazdikian · October 30, 2025 · 5 min read

Manifestation is not what pop culture makes it look like. It's not a vision board, a 369 method, or a daily affirmation practice divorced from inner work. Manifestation is a science of energetics and subconscious alignment — and when you understand how energy actually operates, you gain a significant advantage.

"You cannot attract or create what you feel separate from."

The Core Principle

The most important thing I've learned about manifestation: you have to become the person who naturally aligns with the thing you want — the characteristics, the behaviours, the beliefs, the nervous system regulation.

You cannot attract what you feel separate from. If you desire a rich, abundant life but your body is holding a poverty frequency — a deep-seated belief that you don't deserve it, or that it's not safe, or that you'll have to sacrifice something essential to have it — you will continue to create evidence for the scarcity story, not the abundance story.

The desire and the belief must match. The outer vision and the inner identity must align. This is not a mental exercise. This is an embodiment practice.

The Mutual Agreement

Think of it this way: manifestation is a co-creation. You step up, and the universe delivers. But the catch is: you need to take the first step. You need to become the version of you who already has the thing — in your nervous system, in your choices, in your self-concept — before the physical reality shifts to match.

For abundance: take risks, create receiving channels, practice generosity from where you are now. For peace: release attachments, clean your energetic field. For freedom: break your own self-imposed constraints by pursuing the curiosity that scares you most.

What This Actually Requires

It requires you to stop outsourcing your worthiness. It requires you to stop waiting for external permission. It requires you to create it — the feeling, the identity, the frequency — for yourself, from within yourself, before the evidence arrives.

This is the part they don't tell you in the manifestation content. The identity work comes first. The becoming comes before the having. You are not waiting for the universe to deliver something to an unchanged version of you — you are becoming the version of you to whom that thing is a natural fit.
